FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
ATLANTA (October 13, 2021) – The Recovery Coach, LLC, a company that specializes in relapse prevention and continuing care services, today announced the addition of Ty Miller, CADC-II, to its team.
Miller, a person in long-term recovery, is a certified alcohol and drug counselor (level II) through the Alcohol & Drug Abuse Certification Board of Georgia (ADACBGA). Additionally, he serves as a national client care navigator for Odyssey Behavioral Health. Miller has a natural ability to meet people where they are, without judgement or an agenda of his own. His lived experience, combined with his professional training, make him an excellent ally for individuals who are actively pursuing recovery.
“In January 2011, I made the conscious decision to turn away from my destructive lifestyle of addiction and pursue freedom. I believe the pain and mental anguish I endured in active addiction, now serve as ammunition in my recovery to help others who are still suffering,” said Miller.
Alison Broderick, NCRC-II, CPS-AD, founder/owner of The Recovery Coach, looks forward to what lies ahead for her team of peer support specialists. “Ty is a salt-of-the-earth kind of guy—the perfect addition to our organization," said Alison. “I value his recovery and trust his feedback.”
Miller will work closely with individuals who are actively seeking recovery from substance use disorder and co-occurring conditions. For more information, click here.
